<Job Description>
• Prepare sushi dishes according to recipes and customer requests
• Ensure the quality and freshness of all ingredients used
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper storage of ingredients and kitchen tools
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver prompt and efficient service
• Assist in menu planning and the development of new sushi creations
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
• Manage inventory, monitor costs, and assist with staff management tasks
<Requirements>
• Proficiency in Japanese and English
• At least 2 years of experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role
• Excellent knife skills and extensive knowledge of various sushi preparation techniques
• Deep understanding of food handling and safety regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
<Working Hours>
10:00 AM – 2:00 PM, 4:30 PM – 9:30 PM (subject to change depending on customer flow)
You are free to spend your time as you like between lunch and dinner shifts. Many staff members choose to go home or relax by watching YouTube.
Lunch Service:
Daily: 11:45 AM – 2:00 PM
Dinner Service:
Sunday to Thursday: 5:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Friday and Saturday: 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM
