Large food manufacturer located in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a B2B Sales Manager to join their team.

Experience in the nutraceutical or infant nutrition market is also a plus.
<Job Description>
・Develop strategically important new customers in the nutraceutical, infant formula, and pharmaceutical industries
∙ Achieve sales targets, develop and implement sales strategies
∙ Follow-up and costing of orders with clients
・Prepare and execute presentations to clients’ R&D, marketing and sales teams
・Provide technical support for our products to clients in the Americas
・Manage sales and expense budgets
・Participation in various promotional events such as conferences, meetings, trade shows, etc.
・Collaborate with the Group’s area teams.
∙ Obtain up-to-date knowledge of probiotic research and development, technology, production planning, marketing, etc.
▪Report irregular issues and challenges to top management for resolution
∙ Maintain good communication with management, office staff and external parties
∙ Follow company policies and procedures
∙ Strive to maintain a clean and safe work area.
∙ Assist the customer service team with questions, requests, and complaints by phone or email
∙ General translation from Japanese to English or English to Japanese
<Requirements>
∙ Must have U.S. work authorization
∙ Four-year college degree required
・Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or technical school preferred
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in probiotics
・Experience as a key account manager
・Experience in the nutraceutical and infant nutrition market preferred
∙ Experience in technical marketing and product sales related to the sale of functional food ingredients
・Strong communication skills
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
・Knowledge of the domestic probiotics market and other regions
・Able to identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
・Ability to travel locally and domestically.
