<Job Summary>
- 
Prepare, plate, and serve sushi
 - 
Procure and manage fresh fish and ingredients
 - 
Maintain hygiene standards and cleanliness in the kitchen to preserve sushi quality
 - 
Develop menu items and propose new recipes
 - 
Collaborate with and guide team members
 - 
Provide customer service (especially at the sushi counter)
 - Manage procurement, inventory, and ordering processes
 - 
Adjust the menu based on ingredient inventory levels
 
<Requirements>
- 
Practical experience in sushi preparation (experience as a sushi chef is preferred)
 - Japanese and English
 - 
Proficiency in fish handling and sushi techniques

Strong hygiene management skills and kitchen cleanliness expertise
