You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with various clients such as retailers, distributors, and the food service industry, and promoting our products. Your passion for our products and Japanese food will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and expanding our market presence. This position requires regular travel to the Midwest and East Coast regions for client meetings, attending trade shows, and exploring new market opportunities.

<Job Description>

・Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
・Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients
・Understand customer needs and provide services that enhance satisfaction and trust
・Gain a deep understanding of our products and conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients
・Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer needs
・Provide feedback to management on market opportunities and challenges
・Accurately maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels
・Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends
・Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities

<Requirements>

・Business-level proficiency or higher in both English and Japanese
・Preference will be given to candidates who can also speak Chinese or Korean
・Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
・Preferred candidates will have over 3 years of sales experience in the food industry, food services, restaurants, or related sectors
・A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
・Proven ability and track record in sales negotiations and contract closures
・Strong organizational and time management skills
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
