This Michelin-starred Japanese restaurant group, based in Manhattan, New York City, is seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager to join its leadership team.
This is a group-level hire rather than a placement at a specific location. Final brand and restaurant assignment will be determined through the interview process, based on each candidate’s experience, leadership style, and overall fit.
The group currently operates multiple high-end concepts in New York and has plans for future expansion into Europe. We welcome professionals who are interested in building a long-term career within an internationally growing hospitality organization.

- Oversee full restaurant operations, including revenue, cost control, and KPI management
- Maintain and elevate service standards in alignment with Michelin-level expectations
- Lead recruitment, training, development, and performance management of staff
- Collaborate closely with culinary and beverage teams to ensure cohesive operations
- Drive guest satisfaction, retention strategies, and brand loyalty
- Partner with ownership and executive leadership on strategic initiatives
- Participate in future growth projects, including potential international expansion
