<Job Overview>
At our cross-border e-commerce logistics hub (Japan → North America), the Logistics Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the following tasks:

Managing the picking, packing, and shipping of e-commerce products

Inventory control and conducting regular stocktaking

Optimizing warehouse operations and workflows

Coordinating with internal teams and delivery partners
<Requirements>

Valid U.S. work visa

Conversational proficiency in both Japanese and English

Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse or shipping operations

Able to work on-site in Torrance, California
