A Japanese logistics company in Los Angeles, California is seeking a candidate for the Warehouse Leader position.
Looking for someone who can work PM shift (12:00pm-9:00pm).
[Job Description]
•Oversee the receipt, identification, sorting, and shipping of products, ensuring excellence in quality assurance and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
•Measure and report on the performance of warehouse staff.
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas.
• Ensure the accuracy of outbound shipments and inventory transactions.
• Make personnel decisions and assign workloads.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Write reports on warehouse product records.
• Assist with warehouse management and train new employees.
• Manage and supervise warehouse staff schedules.
• Implement safety measures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Other related duties as needed.
[Requirements]
•Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
•Business-level English proficiency. Japanese and Spanish are a plus.
• Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office skills (using Magaya).
• Valid work status in the U.S.
• Possess a U.S. driver’s license (or plans to obtain one).
