A major Japanese logistics company located in Torrance, CA is seeking a Warehouse General Manager.
<Job Overview>
Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations and Warehouse Customer Service.
<Responsibilities>
・Manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and inventory management
・Oversee warehouse safety, organization, and operational efficiency
・Manage and train warehouse staff
・Respond to customer inquiries
・Resolve inventory and shipping-related issues
・Manage KPIs and performance
・Improve service quality, delivery timelines, and operational costs
<Required Experience & Skills>
・ Must possess work authorization for the United States.
・Japanese-English bilingual.
・5+ years of relevant warehouse experience preferred
・Warehouse operations and on-site management experience required
・Management experience as a Supervisor, Manager, or similar role required
・Customer Service experience required
・Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
・Leadership, Communication, and Problem-solving skills
