A large Japanese gas company in Houston, Texas is looking for a Trading Strategy Advisor to support the business.
<Job Overview>
As a Trading Strategy Advisor, you will provide guidance on the strategy development and operation of the Investment Marketing & Trading business, supporting business growth and risk management.
1. Strategic Advisory Services
・Provide advice on overall trading business strategy formulation, risk management, and revenue maximization.
・Analyze market trends and offer recommendations on investment and trading strategies.
2. Meeting Support
・Participate as an advisor in quarterly board meetings of the trading company.
・Attend pre-meetings for board meetings and support discussions during the main meetings.
・Attend key meetings and discussions in person, providing expert insights.
3. Daily Report Analysis & Advice
・Review daily trading reports and analyze market trends and trading performance.
・Provide actionable advice to support the company’s decision-making process.
4. Business Improvement & Risk Management
・Propose strategies to improve trading operations and reduce risks.
・Advise on appropriate trading strategies while considering regulations and compliance.
<Requirements>
・Must have a valid U.S. work permit.
・Experience in a trading company (preferably with both management experience, offering broad knowledge, and hands-on expertise in specialized areas).
・Practical experience in a similar role.
・Ability to analyze market data and provide strategic advice.
