We are seeking a Sushi Chef to join our team at a U.S.-based sushi restaurant located in Dallas, Texas. The restaurant is owned and operated by an American owner, specializing in sushi and Japanese cuisine. The establishment boasts a high-end atmosphere, with an average customer spend of over $100.

Job Description:
Preparation of ingredients
Sushi preparation and presentation
Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness
Customer interaction and communication
Menu planning and creation of new sushi dishes
Training and supervising kitchen staff
Inventory and cost management, among other responsibilities
Requirements:
Must possess a U.S. work visa (only applicants with a Green Card or U.S. citizenship will be considered)
At least 5 years of experience as a sushi chef
Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese
