A high-end Japanese restaurant in Boston, Massachusetts, is seeking an experienced Sushi Support Chef to prepare and serve high-quality Omakase sushi while adhering to the restaurant’s quality standards and food sanitation and safety regulations.

・Preparation of hot dishes and appetizers
・Fish preparation and handling
・Preparation of sushi rice
・Preparation of staff meals for the team
・Cleaning and organizing the entire kitchen

＜Qualifications＞
・Experience preparing and serving Omakase
・Ability to handle the entire sushi preparation process, from fish preparation to slicing, sushi-making, and serving
・Strong awareness of food hygiene and ability to maintain a clean work environment
・Strong teamwork skills and a responsible approach to work
