<Job Summary>
You will be responsible for preparing and serving sushi—including nigiri, rolls, and sashimi—using fresh ingredients. Your duties will also include sourcing and managing ingredients, performing prep work and mise en place, plating dishes, and providing customer service. In addition, you will be expected to maintain strict food safety and kitchen safety standards while contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
<Requirements>
・Valid authorization to work in the US
・Japanese and English Bilingual
・Minimum 2 years of experience as a sushi chef
・Proficient in making sushi rolls and filleting fish
・Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
