Ingredient Preparation: Prepare and cut fresh fish, vegetables, and other ingredients used for sushi.
Sushi Making: Skillfully prepare various types of sushi, including nigiri, sashimi, and rolls, according to customer preferences and restaurant standards.
Plating: Ensure sushi is beautifully presented and meets the restaurant’s quality standards.
Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the kitchen area clean and follow hygiene and food safety regulations.
Customer Interaction: Engage with customers as needed, ensuring their satisfaction and providing menu explanations.
Inventory Management: Manage ingredient inventory and order fresh supplies as needed.
