- Dismantling and nigiri of fish
- Food preparation

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
<Requirements>
- 3 years of experience as a sushi chef required
- Experience in Japanese fish dissection (especially kohada, saury, sayori) and Japanese cuisine
- Sake knowledge preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in an open kitchen and chef’s counter environment
- Ability to communicate and work in English when multi-tasking and interacting with guests
- Maintain a professional appearance and grooming cleanliness
