<Job Summary>

To provide a great dining experience for our guests, we need you to prepare food and fish, prepare orders, explain each dish to our guests, and maintain kitchen sanitation. 3 years experience as a sushi chef required.

<Job Description>

  • Dismantling and nigiri of fish
  • Food preparation
  • Communicate with customers and entertain them
  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

<Requirements>

  • 3 years of experience as a sushi chef required
  • Experience in Japanese fish dissection (especially kohada, saury, sayori) and Japanese cuisine
  • Sake knowledge preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in an open kitchen and chef’s counter environment
  • Ability to communicate and work in English when multi-tasking and interacting with guests
  • Maintain a professional appearance and grooming cleanliness
