Japanese restaurant in Honolulu, Hawaii is looking for a Sushi Chef to join our team.
＜Job Summary＞
You will work as a sushi chef at the sushi counter in the restaurant. （They currently have 3-4 sushi chefs.)
The restaurant has many local customers. The restaurant has about 100 seats. They have counter seating, but most of our customers enjoy spending time with family and friends at the tables.
The restaurant purchases fresh fish from Toyosu, Japan once every two weeks.
<Requirements＞
Sushi chef with at least 3 years of experience (must be able to dismantle fish)
Must have work status to work in the U.S.
Must have or plan to obtain a U.S. driver’s license.

Experience in a Japanese sushi restaurant is welcome.
