Silicon Valley based IT company for an automotive OEM is looking for a Sales Department Manager.
Due to business expansion, this position is available in Michigan (Michigan office is still being prepared). （The Michigan office is still under construction.)
Our parent company in Japan has been in business for over 40 years.
This position is for someone who can also manage the sales department.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a deep understanding of customer development and excellent sales skills.
Main Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to expand business in new and existing markets
Work with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit top sales talent
Mentor sales teams to help individuals and teams achieve their goals
Build strong client relationships and drive business growth
<Minimum Requirements
5+ years of sales experience in the IT industry
Bachelor’s degree in business related field or equivalent experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual in both English and Japanese (spoken and written)
Authorization to work in the U.S.
