A major Japanese logistics company is seeking a Sales representative located in Midwest & Texas.
<Job Description>
・Develop and maintain strong relationships with shippers, manufacturers, and distributors in the U.S. and Mexico
・Identify and secure new business opportunities within cross-border trucking and logistics
・Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
・Provide tailored logistics solutions, pricing strategies, and market insights to clients
・Work closely with operations and carrier teams to ensure smooth service execution
・Stay up to date on customs regulations, freight rates, and market trends
・Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
<Requirements>
・Proven sales experience in the U.S.-Mexico cross-border trucking or 3PL industry
・Strong customer network within manufacturing, automotive, retail, or other key industries
・A book of business (existing client relationships) is a huge plus
・In-depth knowledge of customs clearance, freight pricing, and carrier networks
・Ability to negotiate contracts and provide consultative logistics solutions
・Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
・Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required
・Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
