A Japanese ramen restaurant located in New York, NY is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead operation.
With over 40 locations worldwide, including 7 in North America and 2 in New York, this ramen chain has plans for further expansion.
This position offers the opportunity to be involved in future store openings and contribute to the development of new locations.
<Job Description>
・Daily store operations management
・Server duties, kitchen tasks, and on-site support in the restaurant
・Managing shift schedules, recruiting, and training new employees
・Maintaining hygiene, food safety, and inventory control
・Collaborating with the headquarters in Japan and area managers to execute operations
・Marketing, sales management, and performance analysis
<Requirements>
・Prior managerial experience at a ramen shop or restaurant
・Alternatively, equivalent management experience in a related field
・Japanese, English proficiency sufficient for effective communication
