Bilingual Recruiter (Hawaii) – aiTWorks / HRAIT Division

aiTWorks is currently expanding its Human Resource Agent division (HRAIT), and we are looking for a Hawaii-based recruiter to join our growing team!

 ＜Job Overview＞
As a bilingual recruiter, you’ll be responsible for leading recruitment processes that match job seekers with companies seeking talent. You’ll conduct research, facilitate interviews, and manage the entire hiring process—from initial contact to onboarding.
Hybrid work style, with the initial period being fully remote.

＜Working Location＞
Honolulu, Hawaii

＜Main Responsibilities＞
・Maintain strengthen relationships with existing clients (e.g. listening to hiring needs, creating job descriptions, providing recruitment consulting
・Conduct business development to acquire new clients
・Conduct interviews and meetings with job seekers
・Perform market research and area-specific marketing
・Create and upload job postings
・Support candidates through career transitions and job placements
・Enter and manage candidate and client data
・ Submit weekly and monthly reports tracking performance vs. goals
・ Handle other tasks as directed by management

＜Requirements＞
・Bilingual in Japanese and English (Must have cultural understanding of Japan)
・Valid work authorization in the U.S.
・Must reside in Honolulu, Hawaii
・Strong leadership and teamwork skills
・Flexible and willing to engage in customer-facing tasks as needed
・Experience in recruiting (Japan or U.S.) preferred– or –Sales experience in B2B (business-to-business) settings welcomed, even if you are new to the recruiting industry
