Currently the largest ramen chain restaurant company seeking a Sous-Chef position for a new restaurant to be opened in August in NY.
You will start as a sous-chef position,
After the opening, when the restaurant has settled down, promotion to the position of head chef will be considered.
The position will allow you to communicate with the head office and be involved in the start-up of the restaurant, store operation and management, local staff training and recruitment, menu development, etc.
This is a job in which you will be involved in the following areas.

- SOP creation
- Preparation and general cooking
- All other duties as head chef
During the preparation period for the opening of the restaurant, a chef will be dispatched from the head office in Japan,

After the opening of the restaurant, you will manage the restaurant as the head chef.
<Requirements>
-At least 3 years of experience as a chef (Japanese, Western, or Chinese)
-Performance is also important as the restaurant is a counter kitchen.
-Native level of Japanese
Japanese native level – If you are applying for visa support, you must have experience working as a chef at a ramen restaurant.
