A major Japanese airline is seeking an Airport Operations Representative at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) in Texas.

<Job Overview>
As a Passenger Service Agent, you will primarily assist passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates, ensuring a safe and comfortable travel experience.
<Responsibilities>
・Check-in and Boarding: Assist with passenger check-in, seat assignments, and boarding gate operations.
・Passenger Services: Provide customer assistance and respond to inquiries regarding baggage.
・Special Assistance: Assist passengers requiring special support, including elderly passengers and unaccompanied minors.
・Operational Support: Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors, assist with in-flight catering-related operations, and handle operational reporting.
・Irregular Operations Support: Assist with emergency situations and flight disruptions.
・Branch Operations: Support local events and general administrative duties.
・VIP Services: Escort VIP passengers and provide assistance at VIP lounges.
<Qualifications>
・Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (visa sponsorship is not available).
・Previous experience in the airline industry is preferred, but candidates without prior experience are welcome.
・Customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
・Must be available to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
・Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
・Basic computer skills, including MS Word and Excel.
・Experience with the Amadeus system is preferred.
・English: Business-level proficiency required.
・Japanese: Preferred, but not required.
