<Job Summary>

Maintenance of servers, workstations, and network systems

Remote and on-site technical support

Windows Server setup and management, including backup and UPS configuration

Workstation data migration and configuration of email, printers, applications, etc.

Network diagnostics and implementation; PC and laptop repair

Management of domain, DNS, and email servers
<Requirements>

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or possess a valid work visa
-
Strong communication skills in both English and Japanese
-
Valid California driver’s license
<Preferred Skills>

At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a Windows environment
(Server 2016 / 2019 / 2022, Workstation 10 / 11) -
Experience in network configuration involving routers (firewalls), wireless systems, printers, etc.

Troubleshooting and repair of Windows Servers and workstations, virus removal, and environment setup

Troubleshooting and configuration experience with Windows Server 2016 / 2019 / 2022 and Windows 10 / 11

Experience managing Hyper-V and/or VMware environments

Knowledge of firewall and security-related technologies

Experience managing domains, DNS, and email systems

Experience administering Linux servers

Experience building and managing Azure and/or AWS environments
