Japanese IT company located in Torrance, CA is looking for a Marketings Representative.

This company provides a variety of IT services including web development for corporate websites and shopping sites, online marketing to attract customers, system development, network construction and maintenance, and more.

<Job Summary>

As a marketing manager for clients and their websites, you will be involved in online advertising, SNS marketing, email marketing, log analysis, web customer acquisition, etc. You will be responsible for planning measures to attract customers and establish branding, as well as post-release improvements.

＜Required Skills>

• Hands-on marketing experience with EC websites and/or web media

• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics

• At least one year of experience managing online advertising campaigns

• Strong understanding of marketing KPIs, with the ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and deliver presentations

• Basic knowledge of website and e-commerce site structure and development

<Preferred Skills>

• Experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

• Hands-on experience in planning and executing digital promotions and marketing campaigns

• Experience planning and managing offline and/or online events

• Experience in budget planning, cost control, and managing external agencies

• Experience negotiating and collaborating with external partner companies
