・Train, manage, and supervise kitchen staff
・Oversee and coordinate restaurant cooking activities, and manage staffing across shifts
・Handle food ordering and establish food quality standards
・Ensure proper functioning of kitchen equipment and maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment

・Extensive knowledge of Japanese cuisine
・Knowledge of kitchen sanitation, equipment, and kitchen operations
