This Michelin one-star restaurant takes pride in using high-quality ingredients, sourcing fish from Tsukiji and Osaka markets.
<Job Overview>
・Ingredient Preparation: Prepare fresh ingredients such as vegetables, meats, and fish, ensuring high quality and strict hygiene management.
・Cooking & Food Preparation: Assist in cooking dishes according to the menu. Perform cooking tasks such as grilling, sautéing, and frying.
・Plating: Plate the dishes according to the restaurant’s standards, ensuring they are presented beautifully.
・Maintaining Cleanliness: Organize and clean the kitchen, keeping cooking stations sanitized and ensuring hygiene standards are met.
・Inventory Management: Manage ingredient inventory and order fresh ingredients as needed.
・Collaboration with Other Chefs: Work closely with other kitchen staff (chefs, sous chefs, kitchen assistants) to support smooth operations.
・Compliance with Safety Regulations: Follow food safety guidelines and maintain a safe and sanitary cooking environment.
・Service Support: Assist with food delivery to guests as needed, ensuring timely and high-quality presentation of dishes.
<Requirements>
Must hold a valid U.S. work visa
Japanese and English bilingual
Experience as a kitchen staff is preferred
A serious, dedicated attitude toward work
Ability to work well in a team
Flexibility and a positive, proactive approach to tasks
