Kitchen Management |Japanese Restaurant

We are seeking a kitchen staff member to handle kitchen management duties at a Japanese restaurant located in Norwalk, California.

This position is similar to a start-up environment, so we welcome candidates who are enthusiastic about building the restaurant together with us.

・Accounting and other accounting tasks (if you can’t do it, we will teach you)
・Assisting the president

 

<Requirement>
・Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
・English/Japanese bilingual
・Strong verbal and written communication skills
・Must be able to make sushi rolls (about 1 year experience)
・Have worked in a restaurant before
・Entry level can also apply

Mon 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM
Tue 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Wed 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Thu 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM
Fri 11:30 AM – 9:00 PM
Sat 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Sun 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
