<Requirements>
●Technical Skills & Experience
・ Technical Support Expertise:
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in technical support, IT help desk, or system administration
・ Customer Support Experience:
Extensive experience handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticket management systems
・ Website & Document Management:
Experience in website management and updates, along with strong skills in creating clear and detailed technical documentation
・ Analysis & Evaluation:
Ability to analyze business processes, develop improvement plans, and implement solutions
・ Network & Hardware Management:
Basic knowledge of Windows environments and cloud SaaS platforms
・ Data Analysis & Decision-Making:
Skills in collecting and analyzing technical data to identify and propose optimal solutions
・ Cybersecurity & Compliance:
Knowledge of security best practices, user access management, and data protection standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.)
●Soft Skills & Professionalism
・Problem-Solving Ability:
Capability to logically and efficiently resolve complex issues
・Willingness to Learn:
Proactive attitude toward acquiring knowledge in technology and logistics
・ Communication & Training Skills:
Ability to create manuals and training materials and explain technical concepts in a clear manner to non-technical users
・Customer-First Mindset:
Strong customer service skills, maintaining trust while providing professional and attentive support
・Proactiveness & Motivation:
Identifying inefficiencies and driving continuous improvement in operations
・ Collaboration & Teamwork:
Ability to work with other departments to provide technical support and conduct employee training when needed
●Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
・Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese
・Experience with ERP, CRM, or logistics software (TMS, WMS)
・ Programming or scripting skills are highly welcomed!
