An IT company located in Los Angeles, CA is looking for individuals who can excel in IT Engineer position.
<Job Responsibilities>
・Support for user IT environments
・Various operational and maintenance tasks
・Proposal, design, and construction of solutions combining services such as networks, security, and cloud, as well as SI (System Integration) projects
・Discovery and validation of new services and solutions as parts of system integration
・Setup and operation of Citrix XenDesktop, XenApp, etc.
・Construction and operation of Active Directory, File Server, etc., utilizing knowledge of Windows Server
・Setup, migration, and operation of Office 365 and other cloud services
<Required Qualifications>
・Bilingual in Japanese and English
・Experience in setup and operation of Citrix XenDesktop, XenApp, etc.
・Solid knowledge of Windows Server, along with experience in setup and operation of Active Directory (including Group Policy) and File Servers
・Experience in presales combining services and individual SI solutions
