Inside Sales | Japanese Manufacture

A Japanese manufacturing company in Irving,Texas is looking for an Inside Sales Representative.

<Job Description>

• Communicate with customers and vendors getting orders, answering
  questions, responding to complaints, resolving problems, issuing quotes, etc.
• Communicate with other staff proceeding with the above activity.
• Enters data into the operation system as needed.
• Completes various reports related to sales, shipping, and raw materials.
• Check customers’ EDI (Electronic Data Interchanges) files and take proper
• action from them.
• Ensures that the company backlog matches customers’ open purchase orders.

• Coordinates month-end activities for the above departments.
• Review sales orders and invoices for accuracy.
• Works closely with other departments to ensure good communication to meet customer expectations.

<Requirement>

• Two years of college or associate’s degree; or six months to one-year related
• experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Japanese and English (conversational level for effective communication with customers and within the company)Ability to read and understand related documents
• Ability to create routine reports and documentsAbility to calculate figures and amounts
• Computer skills
• Problem-solving ability, adaptability to change, and ability to interpret instructions

※As part of the training during the probationary period after joining the company, there is a plan for you to accompany a visit to our factory in Mexico once (for about 2 nights).
