<Job Description>
・Support Ocean Export/Import team members
・Provide professional customer service to effectively meet the needs of internal and external customers
・Provide a high level of coordination with vendors, suppliers, distributors, and government agencies to ensure shipment coordination and logistics
・Issuing and maintaining invoices
・Issuing necessary import/export documents, etc.
<Requirements>
・Bilingual in English and Japanese
・Experience using Microsoft Office and computer operations
・A four-year college degree
・Experience in logistics is not required.
・Motivated, ambitious, and have good communication skills
