<Job Description>
・Prepare raw fish, kaiseki dishes, and other Japanese cuisine
・Prepare a variety of sushi dishes, including nigiri, sashimi, and rolls
・Cook sushi rice at a professional level
・Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and assist in arranging appropriate restocking as needed
・Stay updated on sushi trends and techniques to enhance menu offerings
・Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in sushi preparation and presentation techniques
<Requirements>
・Must have a valid U.S. work visa
・At least 3 years of experience in sushi or Japanese cuisine preparation at a Japanese restaurant
・Culinary school degree or relevant certification preferred but not mandatory
