A Japanese Restaurant located in Coral Gables, Florida is seeking a General Manager.
＜Job Summary＞
You will be responsible for the overall management of the restaurant, including customer service and staff training.

Oversee overall restaurant operations and ensure smooth daily workflows

Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate staff

Manage sales, create budgets, and implement cost control strategies

Handle customer service and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction

Maintain hygiene, safety standards, and a clean restaurant environment

Participate in menu planning and quality control

Negotiate and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors

Support marketing efforts and promotional campaigns

Analyze sales data and staff performance, and report to upper management

Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and local ordinances
<Requirements>

Bilingual in Japanese and English (Chinese is a plus)

Visa sponsorship is available (E1, E2)
- Experience working at an omakase-style or Michelin-starred restaurant
- Experience in overall restaurant management, including operations and team leadership
