E-commerce position

A major Japanese eyeglass company located in Torrance is looking for an E-Commerce Position.

＜Job Description＞
・E-commerce / Store Order Job Management: Print out job tickets from the system and input transfer order data into the system.
・Dispatch e-commerce / store order jobs: Prepare job trays with products arriving from the warehouse.
・E-commerce order processing and shipping: receive frames and lenses, rim lenses, assemble eyeglasses, quality check, print packing slips, pack, ship, and coordinate shipping with warehouse
・Returns processing: Receive returns, check condition of merchandise, process merchandise for resale, and ship to warehouse
・Store job processing: Receive frames and lenses separately, trim lenses, assemble glasses, check quality, print packing slips, pack, and ship.
・Data entry for all of the above, etc.

＜Qualifications＞
・High school graduate or equivalent education
・ABO certification and knowledge of ophthalmic lenses are a plus.
