A major Japanese real estate group company located in Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for U.S. Real Estate.
<Job Overview>
You will be responsible for building long-term relationships with corporate owners and high-net-worth clients who own U.S. real estate.
This is not simply a customer inquiry role; you will serve as the property management specialist for clients’ owned properties, acting as a professional focused on maximizing customer satisfaction.
<Responsibilities>
・Provide regular monthly reports on the financial status of clients’ properties
・Explain property restoration work and leasing status when tenants move out
・Explain terms and conditions during lease agreements and renewals
・Communicate the status of repair requests from tenants
・Review clients’ property conditions and advise on rental adjustments or repair needs
・Prepare documents for tax filing
<Requirements>
・Basic PC skills
・Experience in customer service (industry not required)
・Bilingual in Japanese and English
・Coordination with local offices in Los Angeles, Dallas, Atlanta, Houston, and Hawaii
・Must be comfortable reviewing English documents; phone communication will be handled by the local U.S. team
・Strong communication skills, as the main interaction is with domestic clients
