A major Japanese airline company in Torrance, CA is currently seeking an individual to fill a Customer Service Desk Associate position.

<Job Summary>
Responsible for performing customer service function by handling all travel arrangements and responding to
all travel related inquiries in order to meet customers’ needs and promote the company.

 

<Main Responsibilities>

<Requirements>
・ Japanese/English bilingual (Japanese: Proficient)
・Must have a proof to work in the United States legally (The employer does not provide visa sponsorship)
・Ability to work 8 hours shifts, and work weekends and holidays
・Good dependability record
・Ability to operate interactive computer terminals and telephone equipment such as handsets and headsets for long periods of time
・ Excellent verbal communication skills
・Reading comprehension skills, Listening skills, Analytical skills
・ Interpersonal skills

・ Associates Degree preferred

Late Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
・Standard Time (PST):
Early Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Late Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PMCandidates must be available to work both Saturdays and Sundays.During the first several years, the schedule will typically include weekends with weekdays off. However, employees may utilize the team’s shift-swapping system to exchange workdays with colleagues.
給与Salary $23.51/hour
