＜Job Overview＞
You will serve as a Project Coordinator for the System Development team.
＜Main Responsibilities＞
・Manage project progress and coordinate schedules
・Communicate with team members and clients
・Explain business operations and system details to clients
・Provide detailed coordination and support related to projects
＜Ideal Candidate / Experience＞
・Programming experience is not required
・Ability to understand system integration and business processes
・Strong skills in project management, team operations, and coordination
・Candidates with experience in industries outside of IT are also welcome. Experience in accounting or business systems may also be applicable.
・Even for candidates with system-related experience, individuals who are interested in coordination and client communication, rather than development alone, are ideal.
・Japanese language skills are preferred, and a certain level of English proficiency is required for client communication.
