Branch Manager | Major Japanese Logistic Industry

A major Japanese logistic company located in San Francisco , California is seeking a Branch Manager.

<Job Description>

• Oversee and manage overall branch operations, including revenue, costs, and KPI performance

• Supervise delivery and warehouse operations to ensure quality, safety, and on-time performance

• Manage staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and scheduling

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and corporate clients

• Coordinate and communicate with headquarters and other branches; prepare reports as required

• Drive operational improvements and efficiency initiatives

• Ensure compliance with labor regulations, safety standards, and company policies

• Handle customer complaints, operational issues, and make decisions in urgent situations

<Requirements>

• Management experience in the logistics industry or a related field

• Proven experience managing and leading multiple staff members

• Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English (reading, writing, speaking)

• Valid authorization to work in the United States

• Strong numerical and analytical skills (sales, costs, KPIs, etc.)

• Ability to make decisions and solve problems as a person in charge

• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Email)
