A major Japanese eyeglass company located in Torrance is looking for a Warehouse Manager for their e-commerce department.
<Job Description>
Manage all processes in the MFC (Manufacturing Center) and improve productivity as MFC Manager.
– Manage all processes of MFC, including order processing, picking, order matching, blocking, edging assembly, quality control, and shipping to customers in the warehouse.
– Continuously improve productivity of MFC, including number of items processed per day, number of items processed per person, etc.
– Communicate with warehouse operators.
– Educate team members on eyeglass knowledge, manufacturing operations, back-end operations, and logistics related tasks.
– Management of human resource related tasks.
– Report status and progress to headquarter members.
– Reporting to the E-Commerce Operations Team Manager.

<Requirements>
– University degree or above
-At least 5 years’ experience in the eyeglass industry
– 3+ years of experience in assembly plant management
– Team management experience
– ABO certification is preferred
