< Role Overview >
As a Passenger Service Agent, you will be the face of the company, ensuring a seamless and world-class travel experience for our passengers.

 

< Key Responsibilities >
・Check-in & Boarding: Manage passenger check-in, seat assignments, and gate boarding processes.
・Passengers Services: Assist passengers and manage baggage-related inquiries.
・ Special Assistance: Provide dedicated support to passengers requiring extra care (elderly, unaccompanied minors, etc.).
・Operational Support: Coordinate with internal departments and third-party vendors, manage catering-related tasks, and handle information reporting.
・Crisis Management: Assist in emergency response and irregular operations.
・Branch Operations: Support local events and general office administration.

 

<Requirements>
・ Must possess valid U.S. work authorization
・CBP Clearance: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. Customs and Border Protection restricted areas.
・ 2+ years of professional experience is preferred
・Flexibility: Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, late nights, and early mornings (Standard 8–10 hours/day, 40 hours/week).
・Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
・Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Google Workspace.
・English: Business level (Required)
・Japanese: Conversational level (Preferred)
