<Job Description>
・Under the Head Chef, handle all kitchen operations with a focus on ramen
・Manage and maintain the quality of soup, tare (sauce), and prep processes
・Improve and standardize cooking operations
・Order ingredients and manage inventory
・Maintain food safety standards and kitchen cleanliness
・Train and mentor staff (depending on experience)
・Propose and develop new menu items (depending on experience)
・Contribute to improving overall store operations

 

<Requirements>
・At least 3 years of cooking experience in the ramen industry (preferred guideline)
・Knowledge of or interest in ramen or Japanese cuisine
・Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
・Ability to work efficiently with a sense of urgency
・Japanese language proficiency (business level)

 

<Preferred Qualifications>
・Hands-on experience working in a ramen restaurant
・Experience in soup preparation and recipe management
・Experience as a kitchen leader or in a management role
