<Job Description>
- Assist with warehouse operations and staff management
- Maintain and uphold Japanese logistics service standards
- Support shipping, receiving, inventory management, and stocktaking
- Ensure high-quality, efficient warehouse operations on a daily basis
<Requirements>
- Bilingual in Japanese and English (Spanish is a plus)
- Experience in warehouse management
- Experience in or aptitude for team management
- Understanding of and ability to implement Japanese service quality standards
- Valid work authorization in the United States
