<Job Summary> 

This position is responsible for handling transloading and distribution of import/export shipments, as well as coordinating U.S. domestic transportation including LTL and FTL. The role involves close communication with customers and overseas offices to ensure accurate and timely logistics services.

<Responsibilities>

・Coordinate transloading and delivery of import/export cargo
・Arrange U.S. domestic transportation (LTL/FTL)
・Support customs clearance, review and input shipping documents
・Communicate with warehouse teams and customers; manage shipment status
・Handle billing processes and prepare reports
・Perform light work as needed (up to 20 lbs)

<Requirements>

・High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)
・Several years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
・English required (Japanese language ability preferred)
・Flexibility and strong multitasking skills
・Experience with AS400 system is a plus
