＜Job Duties＞

Prep work, including soup and ingredient preparation, and inventory handling

Cooking duties such as boiling noodles, plating toppings, and preparing side dishes

Finalizing and presenting dishes, ensuring quality control before service

Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen

Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies

Collaborating closely with team members to maintain smooth kitchen operations

Executing fast and accurate service during peak hours

Safely handling open flames and commercial kitchen equipment
＜Requirements＞

Bilingual in Japanese and English is welcome

Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Prior kitchen experience required; ramen-specific experience is not necessary

Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to carry out routine tasks consistently
