A Japanese manufacturing company located in West Chester, Ohio is seeking a Sales Representative.

<Job Summary>
You will be responsible for sales of materials imported from Japan, mainly for the automotive industry.

Build and maintain relationships with existing clients

Develop new clients and engage in sales activities

Listen to customer needs and propose suitable products

Plan activities to achieve sales targets

Coordinate and collaborate with internal manufacturing and development teams
**Business trips: 2-3 times per month, each trip lasting 2-3 days
**Destinations include locations within Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, as well as international trips to Canada and Mexico.
<Requirements>

Must have a valid work status to work in the U.S.

Proficiency in English and business-level or higher Japanese

Sales experience is not required but is a plus

Must be physically active, energetic, and able to travel as needed to support clients

Positive attitude toward customer relations and motivated to build trust

Able to work autonomously while collaborating with the team
