A Japanese food manufacturer located in Santa Fe Springs, California is looking for the candidate who can work as a Production Management Data Entry position.
<Job Summary>
Enter production results and manage production schedules at a food manufacturer, while also checking raw material inventory.
<Job Description>
・Input production output data for manufactured products.
・Record the weight and quantity of raw materials used.
・Record the usage and inventory of raw materials and supplies.
・Check inventory levels of raw materials and supplies, and request purchases as needed.
・Input data on defective products and losses (disposals).
・Manage production schedules.
・Scan and save manufacturing procedure documents as digital data.
・Perform other tasks or duties as instructed by supervisors when necessary.
<Requirements>
・Basic knowledge of manufacturing and production management in the food manufacturing industry (1+ year experience preferred).
・Basic knowledge of process management.
・Ability to perform basic calculations.
・Basic PC skills (e.g., Excel, data entry, scanner operation).
・Strong teamwork and communication skills (collaborating with production, purchasing, and quality control teams).
・Language skills: Japanese (business level to Fluent level) and English (business level or higher).
