A Japanese IT company located in Bellevue, Washington is seeking a bilingual (Japanese–English) Web Project Coordinator.
<Job Overview>
This role supports the project management of web design and website development projects for both internal and external clients.
<Responsibilities>
・Coordinate with clients, the R&D team, and other relevant departments to ensure web development projects are completed according to established schedules and guidelines.
・Communicate updates and changes to project teams and clients in a timely and accurate manner.
・Meet with clients as needed to confirm design direction, project scope, and requirements.
・Support all stages of the project lifecycle—from development and management to final delivery.
・Provide technical and sales support to the sales team for web-related leads.
・Research and stay informed about the latest web trends to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients.
・Accurately and concisely record team workloads and hours for web projects and submit reports by the required deadlines.
・Troubleshoot website issues and escalate to the R&D team when necessary.
・Review deliverables prior to release to ensure quality, accuracy, and client satisfaction, and perform change management as needed.
・Prepare estimates for website update requests from clients.
・This position belongs to the Customer Support Department and includes a wide range of support activities involving in-house software and various technical needs.
<Requirements>
・Basic understanding of web hosting and related technologies.
・Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
・Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
・Strong communication skills with the ability to work smoothly with individuals of diverse personalities, cultures, and knowledge levels.

<Preferred Qualifications>
・Knowledge of CMS (Content Management Systems).
・Basic knowledge of HTML (coursework required; experience in HTML-based design/development is a plus).
・One or more years of related work experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
