A Japanese IT company located in Torrance, CA is looking for a Web Project Coordinator & Digital Marketer.
＜Job Summary＞
In this role, you will be responsible for project management and online marketing for website development and operation projects.
You will lead the entire project and execute marketing initiatives, from participating in client meetings with the sales team to gather requirements, developing web marketing strategies, website development, advertising operations, website traffic analysis, and improvement proposals.
＜Responsibilities＞
・Attend client meetings and gather requirements alongside the sales team
・Develop website and digital marketing strategies
・Prepare proposals and project planning documents
・Manage project progress, workload, and quality
・Manage Google Ads, social media advertising, and other online advertising campaigns
・Conduct website traffic analysis using Google Analytics and similar tools
・Plan SEO and content marketing initiatives
・Manage and analyze social media accounts
・Plan and write email newsletters and web content
・Prepare sales support materials and proposal documents
・Analyze performance after launch, make improvement recommendations, and manage the PDCA cycle
＜Requirements＞
・Bilingual in Japanese and English
・Authorized to work in the United States
・Experience managing Google Ads or social media advertising campaigns
・Experience conducting website traffic analysis using Google Analytics or similar tools
・Practical experience in web marketing
・Strong communication skills
・Ability to prepare documentation, including requirements documents, project plans, and proposals
・Valid California driver’s license

・Experience in website direction or project management
・Experience with SEO and content marketing
・Knowledge of website development and sales experience
・Business English (email, meetings, and phone)
・English content writing
・Knowledge of web system development
・Basic knowledge of web development, including HTML and CSS
