A Japanese IT company located in Torrance, CA is looking for a Web / Graphic Designer.

<Job Description>

The Web / Graphic Designer will be responsible for all aspects of communication design, from online marketing materials such as websites, online advertisements, and newsletters to graphic design including logos, print advertisements, and brochures. In addition to design work, this role offers the opportunity to engage in project proposals, direction, and management.

<Required Skills>

• Pride in one’s work and the ability to work responsibly and enjoyably

• Experience in website UI design and production of printed materials

• Proficiency in Adobe software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and InDesign

• Eligible to work legally in the United States or hold a valid work visa

• Strong communication skills in both English and Japanese

• Valid California driver’s license

<Preferred Skills>

• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design and usability for websites and apps

• Experience in web production direction

• Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow development

• Experience in creating proposals or presentation materials

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work independently and proactively

• Adaptability and willingness to experiment through trial and error
