<Job Summary>

As a warehouse staff member, you will contribute to the efficient operation of the warehouse by providing labor and administrative support to the branch. You will perform various warehouse tasks such as staging, loading, unloading, inventory management, receiving, and assembly. Other assigned warehouse-related tasks are also part of the role.

<Job Responsibilities>

• Package finished products for shipment (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling)
• Stage finished goods for incoming shipments
• Load finished products onto trucks
• Unload goods from trucks or containers and store them in designated locations
• Responsible for quality control
• Ensure damaged products are not shipped or stored
• Operate following standard operating procedures
• Perform tasks using forklifts and pallet jacks, and conduct preventive maintenance
• Handle movement of inventory to/from managed locations
• Prepare deliveries for customer orders
• Edit and complete inventory, ordering, and receiving records, ensuring accurate reporting
• Receive and record incoming and outgoing shipment of goods, including retrieving and shipping cargo from/to other locations
• Verify shipments against invoices and purchase orders and report any discrepancies
• Provide backup support to other departments within the warehouse
• Other duties as assigned

<Requirements>

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience operating forklifts and electric pallet jacks
• Experience using MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Ability to lift objects weighing over 50 pounds
• Ability to work in sub-freezing temperatures
