<Job Summary>
We are looking for a Travel Agent to assist with booking air tickets, hotels, tours, and business travel arrangements.
You will primarily support Japanese-speaking clients who wish to book travel services between the U.S. and Japan, including flights, accommodations, tours, and corporate travel.
This role requires strong communication skills in both Japanese and English, as well as experience using GDS or other travel industry systems.

<Job Responsibilities>
・Coordinate and book travel services such as flights, hotels, tours, inbound travel to Japan, and corporate travel arrangements
・Handle the sale of related travel products, including overseas travel insurance
<Requirements>
・Must have legal authorization to work in the United States (work visa or equivalent)
・Experience using a GDS (Global Distribution System)
・Experience in arranging inbound travel to Japan
・Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English
・Experience handling corporate and business travel arrangements
・Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the travel industry
※Hybrid work arrangement (On-site training required for the first 3 months)
※Salary will be determined based on experience and skill level
※During the training period, the hourly wage will be $1 less than the regular rate
